Jed Morris Broker/Owner

Jed became a licensed agent in Mississippi in April 2008 and earned his brokerage license in December 2012. In the spring of 2013, he opened J Morris Realty in downtown New Albany.  Although involved in many real estate transactions previously, he started buying and selling real estate professionally in 2005 after selling his family’s 60 year old business for which he had worked for 25 years and partially owned for 10 years.  In this previous career, he gained a wealth of experience about how to get things done in business.  Always having loved the outdoors, working with land, developing property, and having a passion for dealing with real estate, he took real estate courses in college that would allow him to get his license.  Little did he know it would be 20 years later before he pursued his passion.
